1.  Initial Assessment: our team will come to you and observe the senior client in their own environment as well as hear you share your story and describe the non medical home care requirements that you feel may be needed.  From there we will discuss our services and begin to formulate a plan.

2.  Personal Care Attendant Interview: we will work with you to select Attendants to interview that we feel will best suit your needs and family situation.

3.  Personalized Care Plan: we will work with the Attendant you have selected, your loved one and yourself to establish a personalized care plan that is customized to suit your needs.

4.  Consistent Communication: our team will maintain ongoing communication to ensure your satisfaction and to monitor any changes in your needs.
