Steve Taylor
Founding President & CEO

Steve is the driving force of Family Choice.  He sets the strategy and management infrastructure.  He has developed an employee-centric culture at Family Choice that has attracted strong managers and caregivers.  His day-to-day role at the company is to set vision and direction and to oversee the overall operation. Prior to starting the company, Steve worked at several of large pharmaceutical companies in senior sales management roles. Steve graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Psychology & Biology. He also attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine for two years.

Kym Taylor
Founding Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Solutions

Kym is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enlarge the company’s client base. Kym coordinates the company’s civic engagement work, client relations and promotional activities. Her day-to-day role involves assuring that the online, community and civic presence of the company is strong and reflects its vision and mission. Prior to starting the company Kym worked at Bell Atlantic as a manager where she sold telecommunications services to government agencies. Kym has a BBA in Information Processing from The George Washington University School of Business Administration and a MBA in Information Systems and Finance from Atlanta University School of Business.

Dawne Collier
Human Resources Manager

Dawne is a seasoned human resources specialist with a strong background in recruiting, retaining and training employees.  She joined Family Choice in 2004 and since then has taken the lead in developing and implementing a human resources plan that reflects national best practices. Dawne handles onboarding new employees. Prior to joining the FCH, Dawne worked at a number of non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC area. She has a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MS in Administration with a concentration in human resource management from Trinity College in Washington, DC.

Rita Fobbs
Operations Manager

Rita has over 25 years of corporate experience in administration. She is a results-driven administrator with a proven record of success.  She joined Family Choice Healthcare in 2003. She oversees the operations of all departments:  staffing, human resources, client management and administration.  Prior to joining the FCH Rita worked at OMNIPrint Inc.in a sales and administration. She attended American Inter-Continental University and Saddleback Community College.

Kelly Broadnax

Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator

Kelly is responsible for the attendant staffing function. Her administrative duties include processing timesheets, reconciling payroll, and supporting HR with compliance and reporting matters. Kelly joined Family Choice Healthcare in 2009.
