We are looking for compassionate care providers with a desire for professional development and a commitment to excellence. If this sounds like you, and you meet the criteria, complete the online application to be considered for employment. We offer flexible scheduling options.

The states in which we operate have the following minimum employment requirements — in some cases, additional requirements may apply:

  • Current certification in the state of practice
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Current physical and PPD or Chest X-ray
  • Employment Eligibility Documents
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Passion for caring for elders
  • Kindness and confidence
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
 

We require the following documentation prior to hiring and orientation based on the location to which you wish to apply:

  1. Certified Home Health Aide License issued by the State of New Jersey
  2. Current (less than a year old) Employee Physical Form completed by United States Doctor (Physical form includes the 1st & 2nd Step PPD or Chest X ray) Download PDF
  3. Immigration Documents ( U.S passport or Permanent Resident Card, State ID or Driver’s License, Social Security Card)

  5. Successful completion of Allied Care competency exam (80% or higher)
