Family Choice Healthcare goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles:

      • the belief in the innate worth of the aged and disable individual
      • the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap(s), is entitled to maximize his potential as a human being and as a member of society.

It is our belief of Family Choice Healthcare that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are to some degree, a part of that process.

Our Story

Family Choice Healthcare (FCH) is a family-owned, non-medical home healthcare agency. For more than 20 years, Family Choice Healthcare has been providing quality home healthcare to its clients. From assistance with routine daily activities to attentive support with medical, physical and occupational therapy, Family Choice Healthcare offers the level of care that brings balance and peace to both client and caregiver. Our trained team of healthcare professionals are committed to your health and wellness at every stage of life. We take great care to select our staff and to match the right talent with the right tasks so that our clients feel comfortable.

Our founders and staff are skilled and compassionate professionals ready to assist you with the support necessary to meet the challenges of this stage of life for your loved one and family.

Our goal is your comfort, and the maintenance of your healthy lifestyle with minimal disruption. We offer the following support for you and your loved one:

Bonded, Licensed and Insured

All Family Choice Healthcare Network members are required to be bonded and insured. In states where licensing is required, it is our policy that our Family Choice Healthcare Network member companies have the appropriate state licenses that permit “hands-on” care. This not only meets our legal obligation but hopefully offers our clients peace of mind that a trustworthy caregiver will be in your loved one’s home. Family Choice is licensed in the state of Maryland and with Medicaid.
