2) Personal Care Attendant Interview
We take you onboard to nominate a suitable attendant to interview who is the best fit for your circumstances.
3) Personalized Care Plan
We work together with you, the senior client and your hand picked Attendant to come up with a care plan customized to the needs of your family and you.
4) Consistent Communication
We take you onboard to nominate a suitable attendant to interview who is the best fit for your circumstances.
5) Quality Control
Based on vast experience in the home care industry,we have developed systems and procedures that ensure that our service quality is never compromised.
Our Attendants
We take the training and skills of our Attendants very seriously. We take into account their experience and technical knowledge as well as their personality types and communication skills to make sure that our senior clients are treated with respect and compassion.
All of our Attendants have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility or home health agency
- Maturity and accountability
- Documented history of a clean criminal background
- Are Licensed professionals
