Caregiver Interview: Based upon your description of need, schedule and skill level, we will send you caregivers to interview and help you make a selection. We will work with you to select the caregiver best suited for your needs and family situation. Our goal is always your comfort.
Consistent Communication: The Family Choice Healthcare Team will maintain ongoing communication with you to ensure satisfactory service and to monitor any changes in your needs.
Personalized Care Plan: The Family Choice Healthcare Team will work with you, the caregiver you’ve selected, and your loved one, to establish a personalized care plan customized to suit your needs and schedule.
Quality Controls: Family Choice Healthcare has operational protocols in place and mid-course corrections prepared to ensure consistency in service quality, as well as the total satisfaction of our clients.
